Shipping policy

Shipping hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00 pm. If your order is placed after 3:00 pm it will ship the next day. We will not be shipping any product on Saturday or Sunday. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer TCB’s liability. You will have to file claims directly with the shipping carrier if any problems occur.
